What's actually in it?
Real organic cane sugar, natural flavor, and color from fruits and vegetables - plus calcium and vitamin D for strong teeth, and a little fruit acid (the kind in apples and citrus) for tartness. That's the whole list. No artificial flavors, colors, or sweeteners, and nothing you'd need to Google. Read our label - we're proud of it.
Is there stevia or any artificial sweetener?
No. Swirli is sweetened only with real organic cane sugar - no stevia, no monk fruit, no sucralose, nothing artificial. Each sachet has about 4g of sugar, less than half what's in a typical juice box. Real taste, a lot less sugar.
What ages is it for?
Made for kids ages 4-12. Little ones will want a hand tearing and pouring; by around 6, most can make it themselves - which is half the fun. (Plenty of grown-ups drink it too.)
How do I mix it?
Tear, pour, stir, drink. One sachet into about 6 oz of cold water (a regular cup), or two into a 12 oz water bottle - stir or give it a good shake and watch it bloom. No blender, no clumps, no mess. Packing a lunchbox? Mix it in the morning and it's ready by lunch. Feeling fancy? Mix two flavors and make your own.
